Event Coordination Services

        Week of Wedding Coordination Package --$1250

 

  • Consultation to get to know couple and their wedding style, details and planning needs

  • One site visit to diagram ceremony and reception set-up, plan décor and table settings 

  • Meeting one week prior to go over all wedding details and timelines

  • Unlimited phone calls, emails and texts

  • Check in with all wedding vendors two weeks prior to the wedding to ensure all details are covered and they will arrive as scheduled

  • Create detailed day of wedding timelines and checklists for week of wedding

  • Rehearsal coordination: I will lead a run through with your wedding party and honored guests. This includes prelude, processional, recessional, where to stand (spacing), how to stand (etiquette), responsibilities, and timing

  • Day of coordination of Ceremony & Reception Décor  including set up of décor, table linens, table settings and centerpieces and favors and associated details

  • Ceremony: Guest arrival and seating, lead processional, recessional, cue music, etc.

  • Reception: Coordinate with vendors and venue staff to ensure a nice event flow, lead and direct grand entrance, dinner service, toasts, cake cutting, first dances, bouquet toss,  garter toss, grand exit, and any other traditions

  • Act as day of supervisor for all wedding vendors and activities

I am happy to custom design packages to meet the needs of my clients.  Additional services available include but are not limited to, wedding favor selection and assembly, design and print signs, programs & menus, event styling and décor, floral services, seating charts and place cards, rehearsal dinner planning and travel and lodging arrangements.
